Anodizing / Oxide Shop WorkerWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Anodizing / Oxide Shop Worker to join our growing team. This position supports daily production in our metal finishing department, including anodizing, black oxide, cleaning, masking, racking, unloading parts, and general shop duties.Experience in anodizing, black oxide, metal finishing, plating, or manufacturing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Responsibilities:Prepare metal parts for anodizing and oxide finishing processesRack, mask, clean, rinse, and inspect partsOperate finishing tanks and related equipment safelyFollow work instructions, quality standards, and safety proceduresLoad/unload materials and maintain organized work areasAssist with general shop labor as neededQualifications:Experience in anodizing, black oxide, plating, or manufacturing preferredMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift materials and stand for extended periodsDependable attendance and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and work in a team environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for advancementHealth insurance after 60 daysPTO and 401K after a year of employmentStable, full-time work, M-F scheduleHands-on training for motivated candidatesIf you are hardworking, reliable, and interested in building a career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
