Annuity Operations Analyst / Associate

Lumos Insurance is seeking one to two mid-level professionals familiar with SPIA (Single Premium Immediate Annuity) back-office functions.
What you’ll do:
- Support day-to-day SPIA policy administration, servicing, payment processing, and related back-office operations.
- Help manage policy changes, inquiries, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Work with operations, finance, and systems teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain accurate records.
What we’re looking for:
- Mid-level experience with SPIA or similar annuity back-office functions (administration, servicing, payments, or related systems).
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and basic data/reporting tools.
