Detail-oriented and compliance-focused, the full-time remote Annuity Case Manager will manage the post-proposal, pre-funding journey for a book of Annuities agents, handling administrative tasks from proposal to funding while allowing agents to concentrate on client relationships. Key responsibilities Own the case from proposal to funding, ensuring smooth transitions and timely updates Run compliance-critical steps, including OFAC/AML checks, before application data entry Manage documentation and data entry accurately in the carrier portal and Salesforce Required qualifications Experience in case management, transaction coordination, or new-business processing Understanding of compliance boundaries and administrative support roles Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to learn multiple carrier-specific systems Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multi-step workflows Capacity to concurrently support 2-3 agents' pipelines effectively
