Annual Giving Director: Build a $3M Campaign

JCC Greater Boston seeks a Director of Annual Giving to design and execute the JFund's $3M Annual Campaign. You will manage a large donor portfolio, leverage data to guide strategy, and build systems and culture to sustain and grow the program.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Giving & Events, and offers a hybrid work environment with a comprehensive benefits package. A bold, donor-centered leader is preferred to help the organization expand its impact.
