Supporting the Intake & Assessment Division, the full-time Associate Intake Specialist will assist with evaluating inquiries related to domestic-animal and wildlife-cruelty issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist with evaluating incoming calls and emails, providing responses or referrals as needed Provide research support on cruelty-to-animals and animal-neglect issues Maintain confidential files and case reports while handling cruelty cases Required qualifications Degree in a related field or equivalent experience Thorough knowledge of animal rights issues and PETA campaigns Ability to handle public inquiries calmly and professionally Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality Commitment to a healthy vegan lifestyle and PETA's advocacy philosophy
