This unique opportunity combines strategic leadership (0.5 aFTE) with flexible clinical practice (0.1–0.5 FTE) in a growing, highly collaborative environment. Compensation
- $257,600 - $600,000 /Yr

Requirements
- BE/BC in Anesthesiology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice
- Minimum 2 years of progressive medical group leadership and participation in leadership development
- Experience with strategic planning cross specialty collaboration
- Strong business acumen including strategic planning and cross- specialty collaboration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Experience working with CRNAs
