Night and weekend call
Case Mix: Endo, ENT, General, GYN, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Urology. Additional procedures: Major Vascular, Cardiology, OB, Ortho
Mixture of supervision and doing their own cases based on staffing
Active WA License
ACLS and PALS or ATLS
Creds take 90-120 days They will expedite clean candidates
