Call Response Requirement: 20 minutes

Required Case Experience:

• General
• Endoscopy
• OB - Approximately 450 deliveries/year
• Orthopedics, including some spine
• Urology
• Gynecology
• Podiatry
• Cardiac - Approximately 380 cases/year, including cath lab and TEE

Regional Anesthesia:

• Spinals - Must be proficient
• Blocks - Must be proficient
• Epidurals - Must be proficient

Case Logs: RequiredCase Log Documentation: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required

Providers During the Day: 4Operating Rooms: 4CV Room: 1EMR: Epic

• Anesthesiologist
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Case logs required as proof of experience
• Must be able to meet the 20-minute call response time
• Comfortable working in an MD/CRNA practice model
• Experience with a broad range of cases, including OB and cardiac
