- Call Ratio: 2 On / 2 off. Response - 30 minutes. Hours 3 PM - 7 AM. Back up call every night.
- Case Mix: Gen, Endo, OB (less than 450 deliveries), Ortho (some spines), URO, GYN, Podiatry, cardiac (less than 380/year- cath lab and TEE)
- Must be Proficient: Spinals, blocks, Epidurals
- # of Providers per day: 4
- # of OR's: 4

- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 45-90 days
- Case Logs Required: proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
