Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

This opportunity is situated within a well-established regional medical center offering comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecological services. You'll be responsible for managing a range of cases, from routine deliveries to more complex surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, tubal ligations, and bladder repairs. With 50-60 deliveries per month, this role promises both a professionally stimulating and rewarding experience.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Join the team with a flexible locum assignment that includes 24-hour call coverage, ensuring comprehensive patient care throughout the week. Physicians are expected to round on patients, manage deliveries, and attend to urgent cases in the ER as needed. Clinic hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM, offering a structured yet dynamic work environment that balances professional duties with personal time.

Work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including Dr. Teuma, a family practice physician with an OB focus. Qualifications

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active DEA certification
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Eligibility for North Dakota state licensure; IMLC accepted
• Experience with Meditech and related systems is beneficial
