Dates/Coverage Needed: The site only needs the weeks of 11/23, 12/21, & 12/28 covered for 2026 right now. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 6:30 am - 4:30 pm. Weekend coverage is needed. Night call is every 3-4 nights
Case Mix: General Anesthesia, OB (includes TOLAC), and healthy peds (mostly tonsil and adenoids). No heads or hearts. Must be ok with conscious sedation
Case Volume: 30-50 cases for whole department per day
Support Staff/Supervision: Some supervision, some independent work. The group has 6 Anesthesiologist's and 2 CRNA's
# of OR's: 13
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60 days
Active IA license: Active Iowa license or IMLC required
BC/BE: Must be BC, not accepting BE
