Locums CRNA Spokane, WA (No WA License Required to Bid) Why This Role

• Full-time coverage through May 31, 2027
• Flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• No call responsibilities
• High-volume, high-acuity surgical program
• Three CRNAs needed
Assignment Details
• Location: Spokane, Washington
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: May 31, 2027
• Duration: Limited through May 31, 2027; extension beyond this date is not confirmed
• Schedule: Full-time, continuous coverage
• Minimum Commitment: At least three shifts per week
• Shift Lengths: 8, 10, or 12 hours based on scheduled procedures
• Call: None
• Setting: Inpatient surgical services
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 Äì90 days
• Temporary Privileges: Not available
• Additional Location: Some shifts may occur at a nearby satellite location approximately 15 minutes away
• Scheduling Note: Week-on/week-off and piecemeal schedules are not accepted
Requirements
• Board-certified CRNA
• Active DEA registration
• Active ACLS and PALS certifications
• Top-tier trauma and high-acuity anesthesia experience
• Adult and pediatric general anesthesia experience
• Spinal anesthesia
• Head and spine case experience
• Availability for ongoing full-time coverage
• Current CV required at submission
Preferred Skills
• Neonatal anesthesia experience
• Complex vascular and orthopedic cases
• Arterial-line placement
Clinical Details
• Fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
• Providers should expect to remain busy with scheduled procedures
• 28 operating rooms
• Overtime applies after 40 hours per week
• Daily hours are not guaranteed
• No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities
