Ambulatory surgery center setting
Monday-Friday schedule
Typical hours: 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. , with occasional later finishes
No weekends, holidays, or call
Case mix includes orthopedics, gynecology, urology, general surgery, and cataractsEMR: n/a - paper charting

Annual compensation range: $750,000-$800,000
