Southern California EPIC EMR High Pay Assignments

We are actively seeking Board Certified Anesthesiology Physicians for two separate locum opportunities at reputable medical centers across the South Bay and Inland Empire regions of Southern California. Both roles offer predictable schedules, no call (or minimal), and strong onsite support.

Assignment Overview

• FTE: 1.0 (Local providers only)
• Coverage Dates: ASAP 3 months (option to extend)
• Setting: Hospital

️ Schedule

• Monday Friday (with varying days off)
• 4 10 hour shifts per week
• 6:30 AM 4:30 PM
• No Call

Case Mix

• General surgery, colorectal, endocrine, surgical oncology
• Vascular / endovascular
• GI, orthopedics
• Healthy pediatrics (low acuity only)
• No OB

Care Model

• No routine CRNA supervision
• Must be comfortable assisting if needed

EMR

• EPIC (HealthConnect)

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active CA license required at submission
• CA DEA
• AHA BLS

️ Credentialing

• 12 weeks

Assignment Overview

• FTE: 3.0 (Full time only)
• Coverage Dates: ASAP 6 months (option to extend)

️ Schedule

• 4 5 10 hour shifts weekly
• 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Minimum 1 weekend per month required
• Must work 2 of the 3 holiday weeks
• No Call

Case Mix

• General anesthesia
• Orthopedics, GYN, urology
• Some healthy pediatrics
• No OB or cardiac cases

Support

• Multiple anesthesiologists and CRNAs onsite

EMR

• EPIC (HealthConnect)

High hourly pay
No cardiac or OB cases
EPIC EMR across sites
Predictable 10 hour shifts
Established, well supported anesthesia teams
