What You ll Do
- Provide general and some cardiac anesthesiology services at a hospital and surgery center
- Support cardiac cases including open-heart surgeries and TAVRs (TEE skills required)
- Manage anesthesia for adult and healthy pediatric patients across various procedures, including general surgery, GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, ortho, ENT/dental, EP, and GI
- Support anesthesia tech staff and collaborate with CRNAs/CAAs
- Cover weekdays and participate in first and second call rotations, including weekend coverage
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during anesthesia administration
What You Need
- WI Medical License
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- TEE skills (for cardiac coverage)
- Ability to work independently during call coverage with solo MD/DO support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
