What You ll Do

• Provide general and cardiac anesthesiology support for hospital and surgery center cases
• Support adult and healthy pediatric patients undergoing diverse procedures (surgery, GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, ortho, ENT, dental, EP, GI, and open-heart surgeries including TAVRs)
• Perform and interpret TEE for cardiac cases
• Cover both scheduled cases and on-call emergencies, including solo call rotations
• Collaborate with anesthesia tech support and CRNAs/CAAs in medically directed cases
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during anesthesia administration
• Participate in weekend and weekday call coverage as scheduled

What You Need

• Medical license in Wisconsin (or ability to license promptly)
• Board Certification in Anesthesiology (preferred)
• TEE skills for cardiac coverage
• Ability to work independently during call shifts
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
