Dates: Starts 9/14/26; coverage through 12/31/26 with probable extension
️ Schedule : Daytime OR/endoscopy + scheduled night call and 24-hr call
Setting: 87-bed hospital Cerner EMR
Support: CRNA support always available; nurses onsite
Volume : 4 8 pts/day 3K OR cases, 3K endoscopy cases, 500 OB deliveries annually
Case Mix: OB anesthesia, endoscopy w/ propofol infusion, geriatric fractures, urology, general surgery, advanced breast cancer surgery, total joints
Required Skills : Current OB anesthesia exp.; ability to cover OB, OR, and endoscopy nights/weekends
Requirements: BC/BE Anesthesiology; AZ license or IMLC LOQ for presentation; DEA; BLS; ACLS
Credentialing: 2 weeks
