Description : Facility is looking for drive-in Locum CRNA to fill their need!

Dates Needing Coverage ASAP (must note at time of Name Clear):

• 6/16 - 6/18: 12-hours day coverage
• 7/13 - 7/17: 8- or 12-hours day coverage
• Every Monday in June and July: 8 hours day coverage

Schedule:

• Patient Contact Hours: 40
• Clinic Days: 5 days supporting OR
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift length: 8 hours
• Procedure/OR Days: Monday - Friday
• On Call: if willing, once trained

• Supervision of APPs expected: No
• Nursing Support: N/A, CRNA practices independently
• Number of exams rooms per provider: 4 ORs 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite. Typically, the volume is 50-55 cases a week
• Medical Imaging: Yes
• Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
• EMR: EPIC

Job Responsibilities & Services offered in the practice:

Provide Anesthesia for the following service lines, General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases.

• Must be able to cover a minimum of 7/13 - 7/17 - REQUIRED
• Must be within driving distance to Clinton, IA - REQUIRED
• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active IA CRNA License or Active Compact License - REQUIRED
• Must be experienced - HIGHLY PREFERRED wiling to review new graduates
• Clean Malpractice /Background History - No Settled/Pending/Dismissed Case - REQUIRED - please upload NPDB (must be pulled within the last month or within 90 days)
