Locums GYN Surgery First Assist APP (NP/RNFA or PA) Atlantic City, NJ (NJ license) Why This Role
- NP with RNFA or PA eligible
- No call, days M-F
- Robotic gynecologic surgery first assist
- 6-month assignment
- Surgeon present for every case Assignment Details
- Start/end: 6 months
- Schedule: Days, Monday-Friday; no call
- Coverage type: Inpatient OR
- Volume: 2-6 surgeries per day
- Setting: Level 3 trauma; coverage across two facilities (Atlantic City and Pomona)
- Support: Supervising surgeon present for each case; APP does not work autonomously
- EMR: Cerner/Oracle
- Credentialing: 2-3 months Clinical Details
- Required scope: First assist for robotic gynecologic surgeries
- Patient population: adult
- No new grads Requirements
- Board certified NP or RNFA, or PA
- First Assist Certification with robot required
- License: Active NJ required - must hold current license, cannot wait for licensing
- BLS, ACLS, and ATLS or ATCN (AHA)
- Cerner experience preferred
- Active DEA Compensation
- Rate negotiable, open to your number
- Malpractice provided
- Mileage reimbursed (local providers only)
