Opportunity Overview

• 8, 24-hour shifts per month
• Oversee an all CRNA team
• Practice at top of your license and provide oversight for both OB and pediatric services with expertise in peripheral nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia, and epidurals

Leadership Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hospital administration to ensure the seamless operation of the OR and OB department
• Participate in quarterly executive leadership meetings
• Present quality and performance metrics
• Participate in advanced leadership development programs, including LEAD and NMLC
• Help drive clinical excellence across the program

On-Call Responsibilities

• 24-hour, 1 to 2 weekdays
• 24-hour, 1 weekend per month
