- Shifts available: 5x12 weekly (will take 4x12). No call. No weekend. ( 4-5 12 hr shifts per week/ 4 weeks per month )
- Types of Cases: Orthopedics, gen surg, gyn surg, ortho spine, urology, GI, minor vascular, breast surgery
- Supervision or independent: Independent with some possible care team model. Must be able to work independent.
- Specific requirements/restrictions: Provider must be able to perform normal blocks and spinals
