- Case Mix: Require Cardiac Fellowship, cardiac capable, Regional Anesthesic blocks & nerve blocks, Peds capable, OB
- # of Surgical Cases per day: 30/day
- # of OR's: 15 + 2 out of OR locations (endo and specials) and OB
- Supervision and Ratio: Medically directed. 1:3

- Credentialing Time Frame: approx 120 days
