Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join their established anesthesia team in Wenatchee, WA. - Diverse case mix including cardiac (covered by a subgroup of partners), general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry, vascular, interventional, OB/GYN, trauma, and neurosurgery

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical and procedural specialties
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and comprehensive patient records
Compensation
- Pay range: $510,000–$585,000
- Compensation model includes a three-month salary guarantee, then transition into the pooled anesthesia compensation plan
- Signing bonus
- Relocation expenses covered (including packing) up to $20,000
- CME allowance: $10,000 every two years
