Job Duty Summary

The Anesthesiologist provides full-scope anesthesia care for a variety of procedures, including ortho, OB/GYN, and eye cases. Duties include preoperative assessments, administering anesthesia, and post‑operative care in an independent, collaborative environment.

Schedule

• Full‑time, 40 hours/week.
• Call rotation: 1:5.
• Schedule: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Pay Summary

• W2 Employed (Living in the Community) – $375/hr, approximately $780,000 annualized. Benefits: BX of Montana health insurance (employee), 401(k) with 3% contribution, $5,000 CME, paid professional liability insurance, $15,000 relocation, $50K bonus.
• 1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community) – $395/hr, approximately $800,000 annualized. Benefits: Paid professional liability insurance, $15,000 relocation.

Qualifications

• Experience – 1+ years of anesthesia experience required.
• Education – MD/DO degree from an accredited College of Medicine.
• Licenses – Active Physician License (or eligibility).
• Certifications – ACLS, PALS, and BLS required. DEA license.
• Skills – Compassionate, detail‑oriented, strong communication and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in blocks, lumbar punctures, and intubation. Systems: Meditech EHR.
