The Arlington Division of US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking partner-track and employed physicians to join their team in the Arlington/Mansfield area. Physicians will cover a wide variety of cases primarily at Methodist Mansfield Hospital, USMD Arlington Hospital, and Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital. This opportunity offers flexible career tracks, including both partner-track positions with care team leadership and employment options with fixed salaries and reduced call.
Practice Info
- Cover several hospitals and surgery centers in the Arlington/Mansfield area
- Facilities include Methodist Mansfield Hospital, USMD Arlington Hospital, and Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital
- Wide variety of cases covered
- Three hospitals covering OB with an average of 150-200 deliveries per month
- Heavy orthopedic practice
- Separate CT/thoracic call team so no hearts/lungs required
Shift & Schedule
- Employment opportunities with fixed hours, if so desired
- Reduced call available for employment opportunities
- Call requirement is approximately 3 major calls (1st OR call/OB) and 3-4 minor calls (more like a late stay in OR) per month
- 1st OR call is home call
- OB is 16 or 24 hours in house call
Responsibilities
- Do most of your own cases with a minor component of care team leadership for partner-track positions
