Join the Spectrum Division of USAP – North Texas, where we offer anesthesiologists the opportunity to practice in several premier hospitals and ASCs across Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties. Our expanding group comprises 23 physicians and 12 CRNAs, providing a wide range of surgical cases, ASA classifications, and Obstetrics care in a mostly solo care model. Practice Info

• Practice across several of North Texas’s premier hospitals and ASCs, including Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties
• Group includes 23 physicians and 12 CRNAs
• Wide range of surgical cases and ASA classifications, including Obstetrics
• No Cardiac procedures performed
• Care Team model is limited to one site — most practice is solo

Shift & Schedule

• Partnership track with full partnership in 36 months
• Flexible scheduling options
• Flexible Daytime Coverage No Call — 8-hour shifts, five days/week
• Flexible Daytime Coverage No Call — 10-hour Shifts, four days per week
• Flexible Daytime Coverage No Call — 12-hour Shifts, three days per week
• Two 24 Hour In House Shifts/Week

Compensation

• Flexible Daytime Coverage No Call 8-hour shifts, five days/week: $400,000/year
• Flexible Daytime Coverage No Call 10-hour Shifts, four days per week: $400,000/year
• Flexible Daytime Coverage No Call 12-hour Shifts, three days per week: $360,000/year
• Full Call Non-Partnership Tracks: $525,000/year
• Two 24 Hour In House Shifts/Week: $500,000/year
• Shifts that Include Call from Home weekdays or Weekends: Customized and priced accordingly
• Call Risk increases Compensation
