Practice Info

• Practice in North Dallas/Plano/Frisco
• Dynamic team of over 40 MDs and 25 CRNAs
• Covering premier hospitals and surgery centers in North Texas for over 30 years
• Collegial relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and administration
• Case mix includes Ortho/spine, Gen surg, OB/Gyn, Basic trauma (level 2), Urology, and Rare neuro
• No hearts, no peds cases

Responsibilities

• Personally perform a variety of OR cases
• Perform OB/neuraxial procedures
• Perform basic nerve blocks
• Supervise CRNAs
• Manage OR board

Compensation

• 3 year partnership track
• Compensation is 75%, 80%, 85% of partner
• Year 1 expect to earn minimum of $400,000
• Additional earning opportunities if desired
• Once partnership achieved, stock options and profit-sharing boost earnings potential
• Malpractice Paid: Yes, 1 mil/3 mil

Requirements

• Comfortable personally doing variety of OR cases, OB/neuraxial, and basic nerve blocks
• Comfortable in hospital and fast-paced ASC settings
• Comfortable with CRNA supervision and OR board management
• MD or DO with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program
• BE or BC in Anesthesiology
• Complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges
