The Spectrum Division of USAP is seeking anesthesiologists to join their expanding practice in North Texas, offering both partnership-track and non-partnership track positions. This opportunity provides care across Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties in premier hospitals and ASCs. The practice emphasizes work-life balance with various scheduling options and a strong financial and practice stability built over 28 years.

Practice Info

• Practice in several of North Texas’s premier hospitals and ASCs across Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties.
• Group includes 23 physicians and 12 CRNAs.
• Practice offers a wide range of surgical cases and ASA classifications, including Obstetrics.
• Care Team model is limited to one site; most of the practice is solo.
• Partnership track offers full partnership in 36 months with democratic governance.
• Non-Partnership tracks offer flexible scheduling options.

Compensation

• Partnership Track: Same productivity model as partners.
• Flexible Daytime Coverage No Call: $400,000/year for 8-hour shifts, five days/week.
• $400,000/year for 10-hour Shifts, four days per week.
• $360,000/year for 12-hour Shifts, three days per week.
• Various Combinations of the above are customized and priced accordingly.
• Full Call Non-Partnership Tracks: $525,000/year.
• Two 24 Hour In House Shifts/Week: $500,000/year.
• Shifts that Include Call from Home weekdays or Weekends: Customized and priced accordingly.
• Call Risk increases Compensation.
• Employment Status: W-2 (Employee).
