- 4 ORs start at 7 am
- 1:4 pager call with post call off next day
- 5,100 cases per year with a case mix of B&B, OR, GI, and minimal OB
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $300
- Weeknight Call: 5p-7a, 12hrs: $1,000 pager fee, plus hourly rate when called in; 30 min response time
- Weekend Call: Friday 5p thru Monday 7a, $10,000 to cover the weekend, inclusive of services
- Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if a referred colleague is hired
