- Practice setting includes a 159-bed hospital and 1 outpatient surgery center.
- The main hospital features 10 ORs.
- Care team model: 2 MDs / 8-10 CRNAs.
- Broad, balanced case mix including General, Healthy peds, Vascular, Ortho, OB, and Urology.
- No hearts / no trauma cases.
Compensation
- Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $500,000.
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000.
