Anesthesiologist (SWAT Program)

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking anesthesiologists to join the NAPA SWAT Program. This distinct travel opportunity allows clinicians to practice collaboratively in a multispecialty team of physicians and CRNAs across the Northeast region including CT, NH, MA, and NY. Staff members work in a care-team model to promote positive patient experiences and deliver high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

• Salary: $650K per year
• Sign on Incentive: $140K

Shift & Schedule

• Schedule: vary based on location
• Anesthesiologists may have one weekend per month in either a call capacity or as a regularly scheduled shift

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
