North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking clinicians to join the NAPA SWAT Program. This distinct travel opportunity allows professionals to practice collaboratively in a multispecialty team of physicians and CRNAs across the NJ region. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

- Salary: $600K

- Reimbursement for additional fees include state licenses, application fees, staff dues and other such fees as appropriate
- Car rental: Mid-size or standard at reasonable rates as determined by the Rental Car Agreement
Shift & Schedule
- MD may have one weekend per month in either a call capacity or as a regularly scheduled shift
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
