Schedule Highlights
- 17 weeks of day‑only responsibility
- 17 weeks of call from home only (starts at 5pm, no daytime responsibilities)
- 17 weeks paid time off (PTO)
- Limited call‑back from home
- Two clinicians cover five locations during the day with CRNA supervision coverage (combination of 1:3 and 1:2 overage CRNA coverage)
Case Mix
- Mostly ambulatory cases: orthopedics and general surgery
- Low‑volume OB (CRNAs place epidurals)
- General and OB across all ages (no high‑risk pediatrics)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $600,000 annually
