Anesthesiologist

CHRISTUS St. Vincent is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join their hospital-employed, MD-led care team in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role offers a blend of supervision and direct patient care within a dynamic case mix, excluding hearts, sick pediatrics, and transplants. Practice Info

• Fully hospital employed, MD led care team model
• Collaborate with MDs, CRNAs, CAAs, and an acute pain NP
• Level 3 Trauma that functions like a 2
• Dynamic case mix with no hearts, no sick pediatrics, no transplants
• Epic health record and state of the art ORs & anesthesia equipment
• Only one hospital and one surgery center to cover as a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver surgical anesthesia care
• Supervise/direct care team members
• Perform own cases

Compensation

• Salaried with extra shift comp option for additional earning potential
• $60k commencement & relocation bonus package
• $6k annual CME and licensure package

Requirements

• Must be BC (or BE within 5 years of training)
• Hold an unencumbered license in NM (or ability to obtain)
• Preference for two or more years of experience working in a care team model
