Staff Physician - Anesthesiology

She Recruits is excited to present an excellent full-time opportunity for a skilled Anesthesiologist to join a leading healthcare team in Saginaw, MI. This role offers outstanding compensation, a collaborative work environment, and exposure to a wide range of cases across all age groups.
Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time with flexible shift options
• Compensation Package:
  
  • Base Salary: $475,000
  • Metric Bonus: $25,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $150,000
• Paid Time Off: 12 weeks PTO

Practice Overview:

• Team of 4 anesthesiologists and a robust team of in-house CRNAs (available 24/7)
• Medical direction model, with an emphasis on moving toward medical supervision
• Broad case mix including healthy pediatric cases (approximately 20% of the hospital's caseload)
• Neonatal to adult patient care
• In-house call rotation of 1:5
• Supportive, collegial environment with a strong focus on teamwork and high-quality care

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOBA)
• 2025 residents are welcome to apply
• H1B visa sponsorship is available
