REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Invasive Ventilation Management (ETT / Tracheostomy / NT)

- Transforaminal Cases (Lumbar or Cervical)
- Fluoroscopy-Guided Nerve Blocks
- Lumbar or Cervical Epidural Steroid Procedures
- Post-Operative Extremity Blocks
- Thoracic Cases
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Indiana Medical License or IMLC
- Board: Board Certified preferred; Board Certified or Board Eligible accepted, with certification required within 5 years of residency
- Certifications: BLS Required; ACLS Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
- Experience: No minimum years of experience specified
- Vaccinations: Flu and COVID vaccination required, or approved medical/religious exemption
- Other Qualifications: Drive-in candidate preferred; must be fully credentialed with locum agency; must provide 12 months of procedure logs; must sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures; must commit to orientation and all listed coverage dates
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide inpatient anesthesiology coverage for scheduled surgical and procedural cases.
- Administer adult and pediatric general anesthesia.
- Provide cardiac, epidural, spinal, obstetric, thoracic, orthopedic, vascular, and spine anesthesia.
- Perform required invasive lines, airway management, regional anesthesia, and other mandatory procedures.
- Supervise CRNAs as required.
- Provide weekend call coverage as scheduled.
- Complete provider order entry and document patient care in Epic.
- Enter worked hours through the Vemsta timekeeping platform.
