Compensation & Benefits:
- $520,000 Base Salary
- $61,000 Average Call Pay
- $30,000 Quality Bonus
- $125,000 Sign-On Bonus/Retention Bonus
- $50,000 Retention Bonus after year two
- Extra shifts available for additional pay
- Flexible scheduling with 10 weeks off annually
- Malpractice and tail coverage provided
- Level II Trauma Center with 24,000 cases annually across Main OR and three ASCs
- 2,700 births annually ; service lines include general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, neuro, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, robotics, and more
- Call coverage shared equitably within the group
