Echo Locum Tenens, an affiliate of Sound Physicians, is seeking Anesthesiologists for locum coverage at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Practice Info
- Services include OB, Main OR, and Cardiac.
- OB services are staffed with 1 MD and 1 CRNA, 24 hours/7 days per week.
- The main OR anesthesiologist will supervise CRNAs (max 1).
- Cases include ENT, GYN, Ortho, neuro, vascular, Cath lab, GI, interventional cardiology-EP, bariatric surgery, and general surgery.
- The facility is a Level 4 trauma center and serves as a tertiary referral center for vascular cases.
- EPIC EMR is used in the Hospital and OR suites.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with CRNA in OB services and assist in the main OR if needed.
- Help in the main OR at night and weekends if a second emergency case occurs for the second room.
- Supervise CRNAs in the main OR.

- Main OR Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 24 hr remote call, if called in, will work cases
- Cardiac shifts: Monday -Friday (7a-5p) and (7a-5:30p) with remote call (5:30p-7a)
- Cardiac shifts: Saturday – Sunday 24hr remote call, rare call back
