The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven pediatric surgery organization in Raleigh, NC. This role involves providing anesthesia services for pediatric and adult special-needs patients undergoing restorative dental and oral surgery. Practice Info
- Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Raleigh area
- 3 operating rooms with approximately 7-10 cases per day per OR
- General anesthesia for restorative dental procedures and oral surgery in pediatric and adult special needs patients
- Flexible schedule of 3, 4, or 5 OR days per week
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in an Ambulatory Surgery Center setting
- Provide medical direction and supervision for CRNAs within a care team model
- Support up to three concurrent operating rooms
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care for pediatric and adult special-needs patients
- Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and the surgical team
- Participate in approximately 9 hours of scheduled OR time per day
Compensation
- Competitive compensation based on selected schedule and experience
- $20,000 signing bonus
- Salary paid on a standard payroll cycle regardless of weekly case volume

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOBA)
- Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Clean malpractice and licensure history
- CRNA medical direction experience required for those working within a care team model
- Ability to supervise up to three concurrent ORs
