Narragansett Bay Anesthesia (NBA) is hiring full‑time call‑taking W2 anesthesiologists across its Rhode Island locations. Multiple opportunities are available in a rapidly expanding practice, offering salaries starting at $500,000, an additional $50,000 in quality‑metrics bonus, a robust benefits plan, a 401(k) plan, and $3,000 CME annually.
Scheduling supports work/life balance and comprehensive health care benefits include medical, dental, HSA, FSA, life, AD&D, short‑and‑long‑term disability insurance, and up to 44 days of PTO (vacation, sick days, holidays and CME).
