Sound Anesthesia, in collaboration with Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola, is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their high-performing team in Pensacola, FL. • Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team
• Caring for complex, high-acuity patients who need specialized care
• Sacred Heart Pensacola is a Level I trauma center offering general, OB/GYN, pediatrics, ortho, cath lab, neuro, and vascular surgeries
• On-campus ASC
• High acuity pediatric cases covered by a dedicated team of Pediatric Fellowship-trained anesthesiologists

Compensation

• A robust compensation package
• Sign-on bonus $100,000
• W2 and 1099 options available
• Additional call stipends offered on 2nd call weekend shifts on top of base
• Additional compensation + shift rate if you come in post 2nd call shift on top of base
• Relocation assistance provided

Shift & Schedule

• Approx 1:10 call rotation with PCDO guaranteed
• Avg 45-hour work week for physicians in the salary offering
• You will never be required to work over and beyond the scheduled rotation
• Should you wish to pick up additional shifts or call, they will be compensated separately from the base salary offering

Requirements

• Completion of a US Residency
• Board certification in Anesthesia
• Active FL license
• Authorization to work in the United States
