Anesthesiologist - Overlook Medical Center - Full Time

Position Requirements

The role requires:

• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• Completed approved residency in anesthesia
• Licensed as a physician in the state of New Jersey
• Valid ECFMC and FLEX credentials

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department
• Medical management of patients who undergo anesthesia or sedation during surgery and other medical procedures
• Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments and obtain patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induce, maintain, and allow emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patients’ physiological condition during procedures
• Perform clinical intervention as needed

Full‑time with on‑call duties.

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation: $580,000 USD annually.

PTO: 9 weeks.
