U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is actively recruiting full‑time anesthesiologists to join our growing practice in Orlando, Florida. This is a non‑call‑taking position with a 26‑week on / 26‑week off schedule.

Join a large, well‑established multispecialty anesthesia group in Orlando, Florida. We are seeking a board‑certified anesthesiologist. For those interested, there is also an opportunity to take on transplant call for additional compensation.
Position Highlights
- Compensation: $450,000 base salary ($475,000 for specialists) with a $50,000 sign‑on bonus tied to a 2‑year commitment, and $300/hr giveback incentive for giving back days off.
- Schedule: 26 weeks on, 26 weeks off (any holidays during your assigned week are worked unless traded).
- CME Allowance: $2,500.
- Relocation Allowance: $10,000.

Qualifications
- All USAP anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with completion of an approved anesthesiology residency program.
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified in anesthesiology.
- Must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where privileges will be held.
