Compensation
- $325/hr for M-F 7a-5p shifts
- $2,200 for weekday night call (5p-7a)
- $5,450 total for a 24 hour weekday shift
- $7,000 flat rate for 48 hour weekend HOME CALL
- $350/hr for 20 guaranteed hours during weekend home call
- $300/hr for time worked over 20 hours during weekend home call
