Shift & Schedule
- Home Call Freedom: Manage call responsibilities from home.
- Rare Weekend Obligations: 1:6 weekend rotation.
- Generous Holiday Time: Enjoy 7 out of 8 major holidays off each year.
- Predictable Weekday Call: Standard rotation of approximately one "First Call" and one "Late Call" per week.
- Enhanced Evening Support: Benefit from extended CRNA coverage, with two CRNAs on-site until 7:00 PM.
