• Anesthesia Care Team model with physician supervision of CRNA
• Opportunities for leadership positions: Chief, Medical Director, Critical Care Section Head
• Teaching and program development opportunities: residency, fellowships
• Over 40,000 cases annually across more than 40 anesthetizing locations
• Practice across 5 facilities, all within 30 minutes: Methodist University Hospital, Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown, Methodist North Hospital, Methodist South Hospital, Methodist Olive Branch Hospital - Olive Branch, MS
• Subspecialty areas include Cardiac, Neuro, Transplant, and OB (approximately 6,000 deliveries)

Compensation

• Full-Time / Call Taking - $650,000 Annually
• Premium Pay for Additional Hours Worked Over Scheduled Time
• $5,000 Education/Professional Stipend
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance available
• Referral bonus of up to $5,000
