USAP-Maryland is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their team across multiple hospital locations in Maryland, including Capital Region Medical Center, Shady Grove Medical Center, White Oak Medical Center, and Holy Cross Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care within a large, physician-led practice. Clinicians will engage with diverse case types in various acute care settings.

- USAP-Maryland was founded in 2004 as First Colonies Anesthesia Associates.
- The practice consists of more than 200 clinicians providing services to 6 hospitals and several ASCs.
- Capital Region Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center with strong OB, trauma, cardiac, ortho, GI, and general surgery services, featuring dedicated cardiac and trauma ORs, a Heart & Vascular Institute, Stroke Center, Women’s & Infants Center, and 205 private beds.
- Shady Grove Medical Center is a 266-bed acute care facility offering high-risk OB, cardiac and vascular, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, and pediatric services.
- White Oak Medical Center is a 180-bed community hospital with 8 operating rooms, renowned for advanced, least invasive heart care.
- Holy Cross Hospital is a 529-bed hospital with 12 ORs, supported by a team of 13 Physicians and 27 CRNAs, handling cases including heavy OB, healthy peds, ortho, spine, GI, bariatric, plastics, endo, and neuro.
Compensation
- Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $500,000

- Averaging 44 hours a week over the month, including call hours
