Anesthesiologist

USAP-Maryland is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join their team at Adventist Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, Maryland. The position is part of USAP, one of the nation's largest physician-led anesthesia practices, focusing on clinical excellence and strong local practice leadership.

• The practice is USAP-Maryland, founded in 2004 as First Colonies Anesthesia Associates.
• The premier anesthesiology practice in Maryland consists of more than 200 clinicians.
• Services are provided to 6 hospitals and several ASCs.
• Adventist Shady Grove Medical Center is a 266-bed acute care facility.
• The medical center offers high-risk OB, cardiac and vascular, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, and pediatric services.

Compensation

• Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $500,000
• Sign-on bonus & Additional earning potential available

Shift & Schedule

• Averaging 46 hours a week over the month, and this includes call hours!
• Averaging 4 calls a month, 2 of those 4 calls are in-house with post-call day off and 2 of those 4 calls are beeper call from home.
