Clinicians will work in diverse hospital settings, including Level II Trauma Centers and specialized cardiac care facilities, handling a wide range of cases.

- USAP-Maryland was founded in 2004 as First Colonies Anesthesia Associates.
- The practice consists of more than 200 clinicians providing services to 6 hospitals and several ASCs.
- Capital Region Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center with strong OB, trauma, cardiac, ortho, GI, and general surgery services.
- Shady Grove Medical Center is a 266-bed acute care facility offering high-risk OB, cardiac and vascular, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, and pediatric services.
- White Oak Medical Center is a 180-bed community hospital with 8 operating rooms, renowned for advanced cardiac care.

Compensation
- Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $500,000
