Compensation
- Equitable highly competitive compensation plan
- Estimated starting compensation for the position is over $550,000 (based on average of 12 weeks off) with the ability to earn more with incentive pay
- 2-year partner track wealth-building shareholder opportunity is available
- $30,000 sign on bonus OR a $20,000 sign on bonus with $30,000 in student loan repayment
- $20,000 relocation bonus (if eligible)
